'Meet Me At Recess' is a fashion collaboration of Maybe By Catalfo X Torn and Polished. Behind Torn and Polished are two fabulous and fun loving fashion bloggers; Trihn Quan (CA) and Yinsey Wang (UK). Together we worked with Gillian Gillespie of Soundslikeyellow Photography and Vanessa Baudner to create the most amazing Dream Team!
I met Yinsey several years ago at a fashion boutique in Toronto. We instantly connected when we got to talking about our creative passions. Little did we know then that one day we'd be working on 'Meet Me At Recess' together! Yinsey has now moved to the UK and formed Torn and Polished with her bestie Trinh. It was so fun to reconnect for this project during one of her visits to Toronto. Finally we were able to work with both Torn and Polished girls in one day!
This post is to share more from our day creating 'Meet Me At Recess'. The title 'Meet Me At Recess' is inspired by the natural persona's found at recess. We wanted to capture the attitudes and stereo types through fashion, in creating each look.
