By CATALFO custom designs are available made-to-order and by request by contacting sarah@bycatalfo.com. Just send us what you're looking for, with some inspiration pictures.
You can also shop our collections online in our Etsy Bridal Studio, and we ship world wide.

How do you order?
For anyone who would like to place an order for custom bridal wear or robes, the best way to order is to go through our online Etsy store, or by sending us an e-mail. Our design consultations are always free. We want our customers to get to know By Catalfo and be as excited to work with us, as we are to work with them!
Are you able to meet with brides-to-be and other customers?
Yes, absolutely! For custom designs, we always meet with our clients if they are local. And often try to meet over Skype, if needed. (We just had our first virtual bridal party meeting!) We invite our bridal parties and clients to come and meet with us and visit our Toronto studio. When we meet with clients we often review fabric swatches, colour selections and fit.

What is made-to-order?
Great question! 'Made-to-order' is the process of how we produce our designs. It means that we only produce designs after a customer orders them. This ensures that any custom requirements can be accommodated.
It also allows us as a company to offer a much wider selection and options. For example, our bridal robes are available in over 50 different colours. So our Brides have the luxury of being involved in the designing of their bridal robes.
Is everything customizable?
Almost every style in our collection is, yes. However we do have some pieces that are part of our By Catalfo collection that don't require customization.
Do you have any tips for measuring for a custom order?
When you are ready to order a custom design, it is always best if a client knows exactly what she wants. The more specific and detailed, the better. And don't forget your inspiration photos!

How long does an order take (i.e. when I should I place my order?)
For bridesmaids dresses; within a year out from the wedding, but no less than 4 months from the wedding date. For bridal robes; Sooner is always better. This way you also have time to gift them to your bridal party before the wedding day.
But normally 2-4 weeks, is enough time, depending on whether it's a customized order or not.
